Minimal Kids Co offers standard shipping on all orders and free shipping on orders over $35.00 within the United States.
For items shipped within the US, please allow 1-2 business days for items to be shipped, and 2-3 business days to be delivered.
We ship internationally for a flat rate of $30.00. Please note that Minimal Kids Co. is not responsible for your country custom fees. It is the buyers responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties.
For items shipped internationally, please allow 1-2 business days for items to be shipped, and 5-14 business days to be delivered.
Returns are allowed on domestic US purchases only.
You will receive a full refund if:
-The items are in original condition, with all tags attached
-The items have not been worn, washed or damaged
-You notify us for a refund within 7 days of receipt
The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase
Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
How To Return Your Order
To apply for a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order details as well as a reason as to why you wish to return your purchase.
US orders only. All international sales are final.
Upon receiving the order, we will assess the items and if it satisfies the above requirements we will offer a refund. If the items do not satisfy the requirements, they will be sent back to the recipient.
Refunds will be in the form of original payment. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid via tracking method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Minimal Kids Co does not accept responsibility of customer sent return packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
